Stoneledge Cottage Rules

 This is our personal cottage in a non-rental area, it is not a 'party area’.  We are blessed with good neighbors on both sides.  Any complaints from them, will affect future rentals. We rent it a few weeks per season to help offset expenses. We limit it to Six (6) people. Depending on the situation, it is possible to make an exception, with an additional charge.  Guests for the day are permissible, but the cottage is not to be used for guests every day all week long.

1.         Rules:  a.   No Smoking in the Cottage.

                          b.  No Pets

                          c.  Legal fireworks fine, no sparkler wires are to be left in yard

                                    or on beach. No Glass on beach. All sparkler wires or refuse must be disposed of in the provided garbage bags.

                          d.  Quiet time is 10:30 p.m.

 
2.         We do have the following available:

                        a.  Gas and charcoal grills

                        b.  There is a small T.V. & Cable  and DVD player

                        c.  Picnic table

                        d.  Lawn chairs

                        e.  Fire pit on beach. We try to have wood available,

                                    or it can be purchased else where in the area.

3.         One set of linens for beds, towels and wash cloths are provided.

            Four garbage bags are provided and garbage can is in garage.  We will

            discuss garbage pick up on Monday mornings.

 
4.         Cleanliness.  Please leave the cottage as you would expect to find it,

            and as you found it.  We have two places for washing beach sand off

            feet, one is handy at the back door (east side), one on the Northwest

            corner of the cottage.

 
5.         Check in time is 2:00 p.m. (Keys will be on kitchen table)

            Check out time is 10:30 a.m. (Leave keys on kitchen table)

            Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

            $800.00 per week, $250.00 deposit is required.
